Watercolour on Yupo
Painting on Yupo Paper:
The conventional way of glazing with watermedia wont work on yupo paper as there is no tooth to it.
Load the brush with water and dark watercolour paint in vivid colours, as you use your whole body to move the paper and allow the colours to mingle and take shape. I am amazed at the mystery of this synthetic paper and the amount of pleasure I get from experimenting with it. It gives out energy and if you stay with it the reward is incredible.
